This year my overall growth was in persistence. To me, persistence is to keep striving after a goal even when you are ready to give up. An example of this growth was in the Comic book project.  In this I started to make to-do lists for my partner and I so that we would know what we needed to get accomplished that day. Before we started making these list, I procrastinated a lot. At this time in the project we were close to giving up but I used self- discipline to keep setting goals to keep on track. This quality is an important skill at DRSS because it the key to be successful at the challenging projects. This experience now, will help me in the future. Persistence is something that I will need in life because everyone has challenges in their lives and persistence helps us to get through those hard times. Without these I can never become stronger. Persistence helps me to make it through challenges.
