7th Grade

This year at STEM, I feel that I have grown in critiquing and giving well thought out feedback. I walked into STEM this year knowing nothing about feedback or the Six Thinking Hats. I had to learn how to use communication in my feedback more effectively than I had before. I grew in this throught the many projects that we did this year at STEM such as the Storybook project. We would receive feedback on the book that we made called Me too, Me too? Throughout this I learned how to take feedback as a way to help me, not to hurt me. It can be hard to receive negative feedback but through this I learned that it is just trying to help me be a better student. Now later this year in later projects I can understand how to effectively use feedback to better my academic goals.Through this I have learned to use the Six Thinking Hats to help my peers. I can now tell others how they van improve (green hat) and how they can move forward with duccess (blue hat). I really do love the Six Thinking Hats and personally believe that they should be used everywhere to help others get to their best.
